1. Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

  2. Unpaid rent is late on the 11th of the month and a $10.00 late fee will be applied per month per unit.

  3. Units that have a balance on the 11th of the month will be locked out until the balance is paid in full.

  4. Any unit that is two months overdue wil either be sent to colllections, items disposed of of or sold.

  5. When vacating a unit, there are three things that you MUST do:  TAKE THE LOCK OFF, LEAVE UNIT CLEAN, LEAVE NO TRASH BEHIND, INFORM THE OFFICE THAT YOU ARE VACATING THE UNIT/PARKING SPOT. Failure to do so will result in you being charged for an additional month.

  6. The gate on Hyde Road side closes at 9 pm sharp!  If that gate needs to be opened there will be a $35 charge to open.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

  7. You must check on your units periodically to make sure that everything is in order.  We do not go into your rented units and will not be aware of any issues so it is up to you to check and to contact us in the event of problems and issues.  

  8. DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD STUFF OF ANY SORT other than canned goods in the unit.  This includes grass seed or vegetation  because of attracting rodents.


  10. YOU CANNOT LIVE IN THESE UNITS.  They are for storage only not housing.

  11. You must open and check your unit at least every 60 days so you can inform us of any problems the unit may have.  We DO NOT GO INTO RENTED UNITS.

  12. We only offer prorating when moving out of a unit for the first 5 days of the month.

  13. We give FREE LOCKS to our renters.

  14. We offer long term contracts, month to month contracts, Auto Pay 

  15. We accept CASH, CHECK, CREDIT CARD
