How do I rent a unit or parking space?

You will need to come into the office initially to rent your unit or parking space and fill out necessary paperwork.

Can I reserve a unit or parking space?

If we have one available, we will reserve units/spaces for up to a week. This does require us having a credit card on file. If you reserve a unit/space then chose later not to rent it, you will be charged the $35 deposit for each unit/space.

What do I need in order to rent a unit or parking space?

You will need the first month's rent, a $35 cleaning deposit and a valid driver's license, state ID, passport or military ID.

Do you prorate rent?

Yes we prorate, but if you move in the last part of the month you will be asked to pay for the next month's rent as well.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, credit card, debit card, check and auto pay

How does the prorate work if I move out after the first 5 days of the month?

You will be charged for the full month of rent.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Do you offer Long Term rentals?

Yes and if you sign a 12 month lease you will receive one month free rent. However, if you prepay for a year you are locked into that payment for the duration of that year and forfeit any refund if you move out before the year is up.

Do you have climate controlled units?


When can I access my unit or parking space?

Units/Parking Spaces located on the Office side are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Hyde Road side Units/Parking Spaces are only available from 6am until 9pm, 7 days a week only. Gate on Hyde Road closes at 9am sharp and anyone needing to have it opened for any reason will be charged a $35 fee.

When is the rent due on my unit/parking space?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month and is late on the 11th of the month.

How much are late fees?

Late fees are $20 per unit/parking space per month.

Do I need to provide my own lock?

No we offer FREE locks to all our customers who rent Storage Units from us. The locks are yours to keep after you move out. You are also welcome to use your own locks on your unit.

What items cannot be stored in the Units/Parking Spaces?

We do not allow the storage of tires, flammables, toxic materials/substances, explosives, perishables, live animals or biohazordous materials/substances.

How much notice is needed before I can move out?


What do I need to do when I move out?

Remove the lock(s) from the unit. Sweep out and remove all trash from unit. Notify the management that you are vacating your unit/parking space immediately. Failure to notify will result in you being continuously charged for that unit and or parking space. If you leave items in your unit, you are considered to still be renting and will still owe rent.

Do you have a Dumpster or Disposal Service available?


Is your parking paved or gravel?

We only have paved parking spots.

Is there a deposit?

There is no deposit for parking spaces. There is a $35 non-refundable set up/cleaning deposit on all units.

Can I notify you I've moved out via email?

No. Given how messages can be automatically placed in the spam folder, we cannot guarantee that we will see an email telling us you've moved out. Because of that, you must speak to someone in person, notifying us that you're vacating your unit or parking space.
